Professor Lee Dae-seok (Department of Electronic
Materials Engineering) of our university, along with Kim Hye-jin, Master's
student (first author), Han Geon-hee, Master's student, Seo Jong-seon, Master's
student, Kim Hye-jin, Master's student, and Professor Lee Dae-seok, have
developed synaptic semiconductor devices that mimic the human brain for
artificial intelligence algorithm computing systems.
This research was conducted with the support
of the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Information and Communication
Planning & Evaluation Institute's University ICT Research Center
Development Support Project (IITP-2023-RS-2022-00156225) and was published on
June 11th in the scientific journal "Advanced Electronic Materials"
(JCR IF 6.2, JCR Rank: 19.8%) under the title "Impact of Oxygen Reservoir
Layer on 3T Oxygen Ion-based Electrochemical Random Access Memory
Performance."
