On Thursday, October 10, 2024, the Graduate School of Construction Legal Affairs at Kwangwoon University, led by Director Chun-won Lee, hosted a special lecture by Chief Judge Hyung-soon Park of the Seoul Northern District Court at the university's 80th Anniversary Hall.

In his lecture titled "Urban Redevelopment Projects from an Administrative Litigation Perspective," Chief Judge Hyung-soon Park provided an overview of urban redevelopment projects, discussing types of administrative litigation and issues related to administrative rulings. He left a strong impression on attendees by explaining complex legal concepts through accessible language, with a focus on case precedents.

A graduate student from the Graduate School of Construction Legal Affairs, who attended the lecture, shared, “It was a valuable opportunity to learn in depth about administrative litigation, a subject I previously found challenging due to its limited accessibility. It was easy to understand thanks to the realistic explanations with case examples, rather than just a simple legal interpretation.”

Meanwhile, Kwangwoon University's Graduate School of Construction Legal Affairs offers a range of seminars and special lectures each semester to provide its students with practical and specialized knowledge. Every Thursday, it hosts guest lectures by legal professionals and industry experts, delivering hands-on insights for students.
