EAAF (East Asia Architecture Forum) program with Qingdao University of Science and Technology

Kwangwoon University’s Department of Architecture (Dean Yeol Park) successfully hosted the EAAF program, co-organized with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, on the campus from Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16, 2024.

EAAF (East Asia Architecture Forum) is an international architecture program jointly organized by Kwangwoon University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology, providing a platform for academic exchange between students from both institutions. This program is held annually, alternating between the two universities' campuses, and provides students from diverse cultural backgrounds with the opportunity to collaborate, share architectural ideas, and gain project experience.

This year's program included a workshop where Korean and Chinese students formed teams to work on joint projects, fostering creative design and problem-solving skills. Through this, students had the opportunity to broaden their international perspective and enhance their architectural expertise to the next level.
