Guidelines of a Cultural Experience Program for International Undergraduate Students (Spring Semester of 2024)
The Trade
Center, a landmark on Teheran-ro in Gangnam, Seoul, is the perfect place for business,
exhibitions, international conferences, shopping, dining, and entertainment with
its world-class facilities such as office buildings like the Trade Tower and
ASEM Tower as well as the COEX Convention & Exhibition Center, and
Starfield COEX Mall. We will give a
brief special lecture related to trade practices for the students who
participate in the Trade Center tour program. In the afternoon, there will be a
movie for students to relax and enjoy their freedom.

training facility, lecture, and Q&A)
10:40~11:30 Tour of the meeting room on the 51st
floor in Trade Tower and photo session

Eligibility: Any international undergraduate student currently enrolled at
Kwangwoon University (current students only; students on leave or graduated
students are not eligible)

(Applications
will not be accepted after the application period has ended.)

Participation fee: Free
7.
Cancellation period: Up to 16:00 on May 23 (Thu) (Cancellation can be done by
visiting office only, no visit during lunch break (12:00~13:00))
8. Notes
* Application
deadline: April 29 (Mon) to May 13 (Mon), First-come, first-served
*
Available spots: 30 people (4 waiting spots: Waiting list applicants can
participate if there are dropouts from the first-come, first-served list)
* Early
closure of registration is possible, and cancellations must be made by visiting
the Institute of International Education (Room 117, Donghae Art Center) by
15:00 on May 16 (Thursday)
* No-shows
or cancellations after the cancellation period will not be able to participate
in future cultural experiences for international students.
* Departure
times and detailed schedules of the cultural experience program will be
notified via text message at 15:00 on May 17 to those who successfully
register.
* Only
movie tickets are provided for free, all other purchases are individual (no
additional food expenses supported).
