1. Visa Extension

a. Date: March 20^th, 2023 (Wed) 9:30~16:30

b. Location: 80^th Anniversary Building 2^nd floor lobby #201, 202

c. How to apply: Appointments are required before visits https://naver.me/GYcqnlM3

d. Required documents: Refer to 'Attachment 1'

e. Forms: Refer to 'Attachment 3'

※ Please keep the appointment time and be sure to prepare all documents before visiting.

※ Students who are in self-quarantine can apply for a friend to represent you.

※ Students who are unable to apply for a group can apply for a visa extension through the e-application at Hikorea website

2. Residence Card (Formerly ARC)

a. Date: March 20^th, 2024 (Wed) 9:30~16:30

b. Location: 80th Anniversary Building, 2nd Floor Lobby, Lecture Room 201,202

c. How to apply: On-site registration, Appointments are required before visits https://naver.me/GYcqnlM3

d. Required documents: See 'Attachment 2'

e. Forms: See 'Attachment 3'

f. Notes

※ Required to apply within 90 days after entering Korea and a penalty will be imposed if the application is not made within the period.

※ After application, you should register your fingerprint during the designated period(Date and location will be announced later)

※ Students who are unable to apply for a group, personally make a reservation at HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr) and apply directly to the immigration office.
