Cho-eun Jong Research Professor of the Plasma Bio-Science Research Center (PBRC) Appointed as Associate Editor of the International Academic Journal ‘Journal of Water Process Engineering’(JWPW)

Cho-eun Jong, a research professor at Plasma Biosciences Research Center (Environmental Engineering Department, Environmental Nanotechnology Research Lab) has been appointed as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Water Process Engineering (JWPW), a prestigious Q1 international academic journal published by Elsevier, for a term of three years. JWPW's impact factor, a significant indicator among academic journals, stands at 7.0, ranking it in the top 5.3% in the field of water resources. The journal focuses on the design, operation, control, modeling, and optimization of various processes related to water treatment. 

Meanwhile, Dr. Jong is actively participating in research on the development of nanomaterials for advanced oxidation processes in water treatment. This year, she was also selected as a member of the Early Career Editorial Board for Elsevier's Separation and Purification Technology journal (Q1 journal, Impact Factor: 8.6).
