The
research team led by Professor Nam-Young Kim (Department of Electronic
Engineering) at Kwangwoon University announced that they succeeded in
developing an IDC-based sponge-like PVDF/LiCl nanoporous high-sensitivity
humidity sensor together with doctoral student Kangbuld Anghjaya (first
author).

This
research was supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) Key
Research Institute Support Project supported by the Ministry of Education and
the Basic Science Research Program through the Graduate School of the Ministry
of Environment (MOE). The research results were published under the title of “Highly Sensitive Interdigitated Capacitive Humidity
Sensors Based on Sponge-Like Nanoporous PVDF/LiCl Composite for Real-Time
Monitoring” in ACS Applied
Materials & Interfaces (IF=10.383), an internationally
renowned journal published by ACS Publication.
