The research team led by Professor JiHoon Lee
of the Department of Electronic Engineering at Kwangwoon University, together
with the researcher of the Department of Electronic Engineering Shu Senrin
(first author), succeeded in developing a 'Hybrid UV (ultraviolet)
photodetector integrated with gold-platinum core-shell nanoparticles (AuPt alloy hybrid nanoparticles (AHNPs),
graphene QD and Zinc Oxide Quantum Dots (ZnO QDs) based on metasurface plasmon
particles.
