2022 Fall Semester Oullim (Mentoring) Program

~ For International Students ~

(What is the Oullim Program?)

This program is to help international students to adjust to their life at Korea and Kwangwoon University. International students and Korean students will form a 1:1 team and participate in various activities for one semester.

(Who can apply?)

International students: undergraduate students in all grades (2022 freshmen can also apply)

(What is Culture Day?)

This is an Oullim Program event supported by the school. It is held 2-3 times a semester. You can participate only as a mentor&mentee team(optional).

(Additional Information and Responsibilities)

1. Keep your appointment with your mentor (Korean student)

2. Get in touch with your mentor (Korean student)

3. Culture Day will be held 3 times per semester. If you cancel your application or do not show up on the day of Culture Day, you will not be able to participate in it later.

4. At the end of the semester, you must fill out your mentee report (only once) and send it by e-mail to the person in charge (letter to the mentor).

(Oullim program mentor/mentee matching process)

1. Fill out the mentee (international undergraduate student) application (through the Naver form)

2. After checking the number of mentees, the application for mentors (Korean students) will be opened.

3. The results of matching and Oullim program guidance will be sent by email.

* Please keep in mind that depending on the number of applicants it may be difficult to find a match for all the international mentees.
