Prof. Emeritus Hong Euiseok Received a Commendation from 

the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport from The Korea ITS 

Hong Euisok, Professor Emeritus of Kwangwoon University, was awarded the Commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation at the International Conference 2022 of the Korea Society of Intelligent Transport Systems (Future Smart City with ITS) on June 15.

The Korea ITS Society promotes the exchange of academic activities and technologies in the intelligent transportation system and related fields in Korea and abroad. It aims to promote national development and international cooperation. Professor Hong Euiseok, emeritus, was awarded the Ministerial Commendation in recognition of his contribution to this work.

The Ministerial Commendation is an award given by the government to a person who has made an achievement in the Republic of Korea or achieved excellent results in various education fields and competitions.
