2022 Spring Semester Chambit Design Semester Performance Presentation

Kwangwoon University's "Charmbit Design Semester (Student-led) Performance Presentation" was held on June 17th at the campus's 80th Anniversary Building. Students created their creative projects and conducted the planned learning activities under the guidance of the design school advisor. Participation in it gives undergraduate students regular credits. The Chambit Design Semester is a learner-centered, creative, and convergent curriculum. It is the representative program of the university's Innovation Support Project. A total of 17 teams and 57 students participated in the performance presentation of the 6th Chambit Design Semester hosted by the Institute for Educational Innovation. During this semester, the students themselves selected their project topics, students were divided into A/B groups, and each team presented its project in front of the jury.

OhJaeMi team (Department of Chemical Engineering), the Major category, won the President's Award under the theme of " Hydrophobic Surface Treatment of Solar Cell Substrates with Nanoparticle Coding". In addition, a total of 10 teams were selected through screening and awarded certificates and prize money. Diverse topics were presented. Among them, the Social Problem Solving Team (Software Department) won the Excellence Award for "Coverist: Automatic cover production service based on book information input". The Humanities and Arts category Fan ID: team (Media and Visual Department) won the Encouragement Award for "Planning Global K-Pop Fandom Tour Platform".
