2021 Summer Seasonal Class Registration Information
The following is the application for the 2021 Summer Seasonal Class. Please refer to the schedule and apply for the class within the period.
1. Registration period: 2021. 5. 26(Wed) ~ 5. 28(Fri) 10:00 ~ 16:00
2. Procedure: Online (Use the course registration
program same as a regular semester)
3. Eligibility: Every
grade student
- Students who are expected to graduate.
- Students who are scheduled to
enroll in the spring semester of 2021. (Course registration proceeds in the same way as enrolled students
without separate procedures. However, if the student does not return to school
after completing the seasonal semester, the credits taken are excluded.)
4. Course credits: Up to 6 credits (Including exchange credits
from other universities)
5. Seasonal classes period: 2021. 6. 22(Tue) ~ 2021. 7. 15(Thu) 15 days
※ Due to the spread of COVID - 19, classes and exams for each subject
are different, so be sure to check the current course syllabus and course plan.

7. Course changing period: 2021. 6. 1(Tue) ~ 6. 3(Thu) 10:00 ~ 16:00 (Can take new courses as well)
8. Tuition payment
A. Period: 2021. 6. 14(Mon) ~ 6. 21(Mon)
B. Location: Print out the bill from u-Campus and transfer the fees
to a designated bank account (Same as a regular semester)
C. Tuition fees: KRW 70,000 per credit
D. If the tuition fee is not paid, the coursed will be canceled, and
students will not be allowed to take seasonal classes
E. Tuition fees refund information (The amount of refund varies
depending on the course schedule for each subject)

F. How to apply for refund:
1.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, application for tuition refund is only accepted
online.
2.
Fill out the refund application form and submit an email to education@kw.ac.kr
within the specified deadline. (Download
Refund Application Form)
3.
Refunds are processed in mid-January regardless of the time of the refund
request, and when the refund request is completed, a reply will be sent by
email
4.
Course cancellation is processed within one week and can be confirmed at KLAS.
9. Notes
● Score report of the seasonal semester: The score report card is the
same as the regular semester and is not reflected in the overall GPA.
● Students who complete field
trips (internships) using the winter vacation cannot take credits for the
winter seasonal courses or other college credit courses.
● Students on leave of absence will be excluded from the
credits taken after taking the seasonal semester and returning to school.
● Students who take intensive English classes
at the Glocal Education Center are not allowed to take seasonal classes.
● For those who are expected to
graduate in August 2021, they can only take and take courses offered at the
university, and cannot register for courses offered at other universities.
● Students from other universities are not allowed to
apply for online subjects, conversation subjects, or SCSC subjects.
● Seoul Area e-Learning (course
site: https://selc.or.kr) and KCU online classes (course site: http://www.kcucon.or.kr) are notified
separately on the homepage of the course schedule and instruction syllabus, so
be sure to refer to the announcement.
