2019 Winter Seasonal Classes Registration Information
The following is the application for the 2019 Winter Seasonal Class. Please refer to the schedule and apply for the class within the period.
1. Registration period: 2019. 11. 27(Wed) ~ 11. 29(Fri) 10:00 ~ 16:00
2. Procedure: Online (Use the same application program as a regular
semester)
3. Target: Every grade student
- Students who are
expected to graduate.
- Students who are
scheduled to enroll in the spring semester of 2020. (same as enrolled
students)
4. Registration credits: Up to 6 credits (Including
exchange credits from other universities)
5. Seasonal classes period: 2019. 12. 16(Mon) ~ 2020. 1. 8(Wed) 15 days
※ The
class schedule is 5 days/10 days/15 days. (For detailed schedules, refer to the
list of courses offered.)
※ 15-day classes will be held for 15 days except 12/20,12,25,1/1
and 3 days. For 5- and 10-day classes, the schedule is different for each
lecture.
※ The start date of KCU courses is 12.23 (Mon).
6. Class cancellation notice: 2019. 12. 3(Tue) University homepage
noticeboard announcement
7. Course changing period: 2019. 12. 3(Tue) ~ 12. 5(Thu) 10:00 ~ 16:00 (Can take new courses as
well)
8. Tuition payment
A. Period: 2019. 12. 6(Fri) ~ 12. 13(Fri)
B. Location: Print out the bill
from u-Campus and transfer the fees to a designated bank account (Same as a regular
semester)
C. Tuition fees: KRW 70,000 per credit
D. If the tuition fee is not
paid, the coursed will be canceled, and students will not be allowed to take
seasonal classes

9. Notes
● Score report of the seasonal
semester: The
score report card is the same as the regular semester and is not reflected in the
overall GPA.
● Students who
complete field trips (internships) using the winter vacation cannot take
credits for the winter seasonal courses or other college credit courses.
● If you plan to graduate
in February 2020, you can only take courses that are offered on-campus. Please
note that courses offered at other universities and KCU (한국가상연합) are not available. (Seoul Area e-Learning Courses can be
taken.)
● The two major
courses offered by the College of Software Convergence are available only to
select SCSC-linked majors as SCSC courses. The software convergence teaching
team should apply separately.
● Students from other
universities are not allowed to apply for online subjects, conversation
subjects, or SCSC subjects.
● Seoul Area
e-Learning (course site: https://selc.or.kr) and KCU online classes (course
site: http://www.kcucon.or.kr) are notified separately on the homepage of the
course schedule and instruction syllabus, so be sure to refer to the
announcement.
